No. We do not take any commission from payments made between guests and hosts. Any financial arrangement is made directly and privately between the two parties.
We believe the homestay arrangement works best when there are as few people in the chain as possible. Adding a commission layer means less money reaching the host and higher costs for the guest — without adding meaningful value to either party.
Instead, we charge hosts a small optional monthly fee for a featured listing. That is the only way we generate revenue. Guests always use the site completely free of charge.
Payment terms are agreed directly between the guest and the host. We do not process, hold, or facilitate payments. Once both parties have agreed on an arrangement, payment is made directly — typically on arrival.
