Many free-to-list platforms charge booking or service fees when you receive a guest — often 3% to the host and 6–12% to the guest, totalling up to 15% of the payment for the entire stay. Those fees multiply with every guest you host.
Our model is different. We charge a small flat monthly fee to hosts who want premium features. There are no commission fees, no booking fees, and no per-guest charges. Guests always use the site for free.
