How do I update my card details?

The process differs depending on whether you pay by credit/debit card directly or via PayPal.

If you pay by card directly

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click Dashboard, then Billing in the Account section.
  3. Click Update Card and enter your new card details.
  4. Save the changes.

If you pay via PayPal

Card details for PayPal payments must be updated directly in your PayPal account. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com or in the PayPal app.
  2. Go to Settings → Payment Methods (or Wallet in the app).
  3. Add your new card if it is not already linked, then set it as your preferred payment method.
  4. Go to Payments → Manage Automatic Payments.
  5. Find your subscription to this site and update the payment method to your new card.
Why update via PayPal? When you subscribe through PayPal, payments are processed entirely by PayPal. We do not store or have access to your PayPal payment details, so card updates must be made on their platform.
Card expired before you updated it? If a payment failed due to an expired card, update your card details and then contact us so we can re-attempt the payment and restore your featured listing.
