Your availability dates tell guests when your room is next free. Keeping them accurate is one of the most important things you can do — outdated dates lead to wasted enquiries, and free listings with dates in the past are automatically deactivated.
How to update your availability dates
- Log in and click Dashboard at the top of any page.
- Click Edit Listing.
- Update the Available From date to reflect when your room is next available.
- Click Save.
When to update
- When a guest moves in — update to reflect when you will next have a room available
- When a guest moves out — update to today's date so the listing shows as available immediately
- At least every 3–4 months even if nothing has changed, to keep your listing active
Free listings with availability dates in the past are automatically deactivated. If your listing disappears from search results, check your availability dates first. Update them to a current or future date and your listing will be reinstated.
